About me
My name is Maren Wischer.
I help people and organizations to unlock their full potential by integrating technical expertise, systemic thinking and interpersonal skills.

As a mechanical engineer and systemic change manager, I combine the systematic, analytical world with the world of personal needs and offer a holistic approach.
From my time as an engineer and project manager in industry, I am familiar with the day-to-day challenges and know that pure technical and methodological expertise is rarely enough to lead projects to success. Teams and organizations can work together much more effectively, solve complex problems and drive innovation by integrating the principles of systems engineering and systems thinking into their way of working. The inner attitude is crucial in order to be able to deal with differences, complexities and expectations.
